North Park Fish Sticks Episode

CAFFE 'PINK CHEESE & CHERRY

It 's a hectic period this .... husband away, small child at home with chicken pox, put well that time is what it is ...
But if there is one thing that Mary Poppins has taught me (ah, how I love that movie! I know him by heart ^ _ ^) is that just a little sugar, no? So, here's a sweet sweet snack that is prepared in a jiffy without even dirtying anything - except a couple of bowls.
And, if you want, is so well choreographed that it takes to turn it into a nice "coffee for fun", well suited to a small child!

INGREDIENTS: 1 egg

75 g Ricotta

30 g sugar 2 tablespoons (or more) of sour cherry syrup

and, optionally, some cherry syrup to garnish ...

I tell you now that, in my case, to fill four cups of coffee was only a single egg and obviously calculated then the appropriate proportions if you need to prepare for more - perhaps to fill the big glass cocktail ^ _ ^.
The process is fast and is easy to say: Beat the egg yolks with sugar, then add the whipped egg (beaten separately with a pinch of salt in my case I have not whipped steadfast enough to leave the creamy sauce liquid.), ricotta and sour cherry syrup.
Pour into coffee cups and garnish with a few extra squirt of syrup. ^ _ ^

Et voila!

If you prefer, you can use the creamy sauce as an accompaniment to chocolate muffins, like these:

Of which poster the recipe in the near future, on those screens ^ _ ^ (it is already planned ..)
And, if you allow me to make a small wheel on the peacock, are so proud of this picture, definitely the best I've ever come out! Perhaps the stress increases my artistic talent!

With this recipe I want to participate in this topical contest brought by Mother Goose - the banner image speaks for itself! - And dedicated to quick recipes:
