few weeks ago, the supermarket, I heard her call from a magazine. Yes, that's right, I heard calling me and I could not resist. Besides, how could I, when KITCHEN had a free booklet called "Muffin and Cupcakes? ^ - ^
Now, the premise that the aesthetic is unfortunately not my strong point (as seen from the picture is poor muffins turned out a little lopsided ..) and I have still some confusion on the issue cupcakes vs. muffins ( although I understand that it is not so much of a difference but rather the ingredients of operational procedure), here is the result of my personal elaboration, dictated as usual the need: a child with chicken pox that forces me to mess with what I have available.
INGREDIENTS: 150 g flour
90 g dark chocolate 2 tablespoons low-fat yoghurt
200 g sugar 80 g butter 2 eggs
6 biscuits (I used the Novellini Gentilini)
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder 1 tablespoon baking
strawberry jam
Dissolve the chocolate in a double boiler along with yoghurt, meanwhile, beat the eggs well with sugar and add the flour, butter, cocoa and cookies coarsely chopped, then add melted chocolate and baking powder.
Pour the mixture into a mold been buttered muffin (the dough was quite sticky and compact, rather than pouring it with a spoon, I transferred into the mold cavity) and bake at 180 ° C for twenty minutes, checking the area with a toothpick .
Once cool, cut in half and fill with strawberry jam.
Perfect for breakfast or a tasty snack ^ - ^!
