OMELETTE WITH FLOWERS

told in one of my earliest post to what I love omelets. When there is little time and so hungry, you just have a couple of eggs in the refrigerator and let go of creativity .. and you're done! Even when you have to change plans at the last moment, because it has been done too late to buy flowers impastellati mozzarella and fried ....
how to fix it? Messing with a good omelette flowers and anchovies, simple but really tasty ^ _ ^



INGREDIENTS: 2 eggs


5 zucchini flowers

2 anchovy fillets in olive oil salt pepper


The process is of course quite intuitive: the flowers are cleaned well, cut in half and adding along with anchovies chopped eggs previously beaten thoroughly with a fork with salt and pepper; heating a little oil in frying pan, spilling the contents simmer over low heat until the underside is frozen solid .
At this point, close to half and allow to finish cooking - perhaps after adding the cover.
I assure you that was a success, even though we were dealing with a difficult audience, which had prepared the taste buds for flowers impastellati having to swallow the disappointment at the last minute ....
