SOUP WITH POTATOES AND PEAS

If there's one thing I hate is be forced by the temporary priority to limit my time in the kitchen. Few people understand this thought, but they are definitely a kind of "slice grilled" and "salad".
not to be a supporter of Piattoni of "macaroni" with Alberto Sordi lunch and dinner .. but in the kitchen you should always put your heart, and sometimes you can put it in a simple and light recipe.
While this period will pass and leave me again the opportunity to carve out a little 'time to groom - and experience - the recipes, last night I cuddled me and my family with a nice steaming soup ....

Ingredients: 2 potatoes

peas rather large (about two or three heavy handfuls)
sage
a ladle of milk
noodles for soup (I used the scratch card egg)
salt

You start peeling potatoes and cutting them into pieces, move to a pan along with peas and covers the whole of 'water, adding a pinch of salt and bring to a boil. Leave to cook until the potatoes are softened, then add sage is (in abundance! ^ _ ^) And milk, and cook a little longer ', and a low heat with the lid.
When the vegetables are soft to the point that they begin to "fray", throw the pasta and cook until cooked.

not know about you, but I find that the couple "Potato + sage" is a winner ... often when I have little time and the empty fridge, I prepare the potatoes into pieces simply boiled or fried and served both in a case in the other with a good sprinkling of sage ... typical example of how a pinch of herbs to make change even more sad face of boiled potatoes! ^ _ ^
