Bowel Incontinent Cat

At my house, stuffed vegetables are often cooked in all possible variations. Maybe that's why I was fond of all the ritual emptying, mixing and filling, which allows also to test the creativity of our children. A few minutes in the oven, and that's just as fast as a single dish, but absolutely delicious and very suitable for both the family and the guests!
In my version in the picture, these are the ingredients:


INGREDIENTS: 1 red pepper

flat
3 white onions 1 large box of canned tuna
a handful of capers salt


oregano oil

We begin by cleaning vegetables, peppers opens in mid removing the seeds, while the onion peels and empty carefully, leaving only the outer part of a mo 'for' bowl '.
The inside of the onions, chopped finely with a knife more or less according to taste, mix in a bowl with a can of tuna, a handful of capers and a beautiful handful of oregano, if necessary adding a little salt.
For cooking, given the contingent domestic needs (washing machine on, which did not allow me to also turn on your oven, on pain of finding myself in the dark with raw vegetables and soak your laundry! ^_^), For cooking I opted to stick with the cover plate, adding just a little oil over the vegetables and very little water on the bottom, just enough to create a little 'steam.
