Training course for young professionals (or aspiring) media

"THE PERSON AND COMMUNICATION - For a true professional in the Mass Media" 2008 Edition.

The world of professional training in mass communication now offers highly specialized courses for the acquisition of technical knowledge. E 'lacking, however, by the side of the human and cultural formation, where "culture" is understood as "life." A young man who approaches the variegated world of communications today, in addition to the possibility of reaching a preparation to create media products that are technically perfect, innovative, difficult to find a way to simultaneously experience personal growth, needed to know grasp reality as a whole and identify the contents and procedures for a communication that truly serves the life and people.

The mission of the course / workshop is to support and encourage young professionals (or aspiring) media to rise above personal and cultural, then also on a professional level and operational level, to develop a new way to communicate clearly and effective, but also to participate actively in the life and current realities, understanding and enhancing the essential purpose of a respect of people's lives.

How to participate: 20 Total weekly appointments from January to June 2008. At the headquarters of Italy Solidarity in S. Maria de Calderari 29, Rome (Largo Argentina). Can apply for those already working in various capacities in the field of media and communication in general, and university students last year of studies.

To apply send d.gurrieri @ italiasolidale.org a short CV and a covering letter which should emerge from the grounds. The total cost is 300 €. Opportunities for collaborations and internships in companies. Those interested will have facilities to obtain the press card-publicist.
